Precinct Committeemen

A Precinct Committeeman (PC) is a representative of the Republican party to the voters. The PC is the primary contact between voters, candidates, and elected officials, and they are able to elect District and County Party leaders, State Committeeman (SC), and State Delegates. A PC is a member of the Legislative District Republican Committee who runs for election every two years in the primary and is the only Republican Party representative elected by the voters.

PCs are elected officials with responsibilities prescribed by Arizona State Law and the Republican Party. Every recognized political party in Arizona can have precinct committeemen.

If there are vacancies within the Legislative District, PC representatives can be appointed using the form below. Check to see how many PC slots are open in your precinct by visiting the LD18 PC DATA page.
